To take advantage of the beauty that surrounds our properties we recommend arriving by car. Limited cellphone service in the Catskills and Adirondacks can also make ordering a taxi very difficult.

Be kind to everyone.

We strive to be a safe space and a “home away from home” for everyone. Treat everyone with respect – from your fellow guests to our innkeepers and staff working hard to provide you a great stay.

Be responsible pet owners.

We love pets and we love having yours over – so let’s work together to avoid any mishaps. Please keep your pets leashed at all times, especially in our common areas and when exiting the house.

Full payment is needed in order to confirm your booking.

As a safe space, we value everyone’s safety and security. Hence, only checked-in guests are allowed to access our studios and guest floors.

For everyone’s safety and security, we allow only checked-in guests to access our guest floors. Please be considerate of other guests and do not bring non-guests to our guest floors. Violators will be fined.

Can I bring a photographer and take pictures?

Maybe. Commercial photography is prohibited without express permission. Contact us if you would like to use our spaces for your photoshoot.

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

Check out is at 11am. If you’d like a little bit more time after 11am checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your items for a few hours at the front desk.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

When will my credit card be charged?
